We’re at the Zawa mountain in Iraqi Kurdistan, with a great view over the entire city of Duhok. As we walk down the mountain a motorcycle approaches and the rider jumps off when he sees us and picks up his instruments. Then he asks our guide, Roj, what his name is and then continues to sing the song shown on the following video.

Later we learn that the song was about how Roj would find himself a 70-year-old German lady to marry to get a German citizenship. Something our otherwise very even-tempered guide was not happy about at all.
